This is our third Kia. Sportage, Sorento and now Telluride. Last two purchased at Coastal Kia. Jason was a “not pushy” salesman. Knew answers to all our questions. Smoothly got us interested in the Telluride. Last two purchased at Coastal Kia. Jason was a “not pushy” salesman. Knew answers to all our questions. Smoothly got us interested in the Telluride SX. We came in to look at Tellurides but wanted a 2nd row bench seat. None to be had. Gave us good trade value on our 2019 Sorento and hopefully good deal on the Telluride SX. Jason even drove the Telluride out to our house to pick up some paperwork and switch out the Telluride for the Sorento. He went over all the “ins and outs” of the Telluride at our house for over an hour. Jason was ready to answer questions again the following day. Follow-up calls from dealership answered a few more questions. Only disappointment was that we did not get the advertised new TV, even with the purchase of a “top of the line” Telluride SX Nightfall edition, due to the “small print”. So far the vehicle has worked very well.....Video not needed. We had researched Telluride before coming into dealership. We were not actually planning to purchase that day but we stepped up to the SX after test drive and salesman’s presentation and knowledge. More

Saw ad on TV and went to see what cars they had and what kind of a deal they could offer. Was told they had no 2020 vehicles left with the pricing as advertised on TV. Next thing I knew I was the owner of a kind of a deal they could offer. Was told they had no 2020 vehicles left with the pricing as advertised on TV.
