The employees were very helpful and inviting, excellent customer service overall! Nevertheless, I specifically requested Micheal Newsham as advised by my father. He assured me as a first time car buyer, Mr.Newsham would take wonderful care of me and get me the best deal possible, which he of course did. More so, because he himself had worked with Mr. Newsham prior, and had an excellent, as well very notable experience with him. I myself self would have to agree. My personal experience was not less than as expected. As a first time buyer, I did not feel overwhelmed, or intimidated, as some first time buyers do when working with car sales men. Mr. Newsham was not at all pushy, off putting, or short mannered, he exhibited NONE! of those qualities. I would HIGHLY, HIGHLY! recommend asking for Micheal Newsham as your car sales man. More

The decision to purchase a vehicle is met with great concern as this is a pricey undertaking and you want to make sure that you are making the best decision to meet your needs. When I first met my Sales Consultant Michael Newsham, he immediately put me at ease. This made me feel more comfortable to ask the questions that were most important to me. Michael took the time to explain not only the buying process in great detail, but also his knowledge of the 2017 Corolla was quite extensive. I would highly recommend DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota and if you are as lucky as I was to work with Michael and Joe (Finance) you will leave a very satisfied customer. More
