Overall the experience was good. There is a discrepancy regarding floor mats that we are trying to resolve with Justin (there were 2 sets when we drove it/purchased it - ) both all w There is a discrepancy regarding floor mats that we are trying to resolve with Justin (there were 2 sets when we drove it/purchased it - ) both all weather that were in the trunk and a regular set in the car. Upon pick up of the car the regular mats were gone and the all weather were installed in the car. Now we are waiting to have the alternate set shipped to us, but some how they have no recollection of 2 sets. So I can’t fully review until this issue is resolved. It’s a relatively small issue, but this is my daughter’s first car buying experience and she feels slighted after her first major purchase and I’m hoping the deal ship makes this right for her sake. More
