Reuben was the salesperson that worked with me like a friend would that was very knowledgeable in the vehicles and really wanted to help you find what you want, even if you're not 100% sure what you want. Yes he makes you feel that comfortable and has great ideas on how to compare models, trims, etc that makes it easy to decide. He gave me as much time and space as I wanted to check out the different vehicles and that is really important to me not to fell rushed. This was the same demeanor through the buying process witheveryone. From the moment you walk in the door at this dealership you feel welcome and like you belong. Everyone is very professional, friendly and helpful. One week later I returned to pickup my truck after having some aftermarket accessory work performed. Michael Krantz, the internet manager that assigned Reuben to me saw me, addressed me by name like he had known me for years. Reuben also saw me and greeted me the same way. Both wanted to make know how things are going witht he new truck. Simply said if you are in the market for a new vehicle go see Reuben! More

Great Experience!! I arrived at the dealership with the intent to buy in the next few days, and had done my research on Sam Packs to get a feel for what to expect. The entire team I worked with made this the LEAST painful auto purchase I have ever had! Raul was friendly and a pleasure to work with. Michael was very patient and gave an in-depth look into what I was getting into, etc. Jared was extremely courteous and helpful. I am in the restaurant industry and of course meet a million people a year...I will MOST CERTAINLY recommend Sam Packs for any friends and acquaintences I know of looking for a new ride! More

Wonderful Experience!! I will without a doubt be back to purchase a car from this dealership. Being a recent graduate from college, this was my first big purchase on my own, I will without a doubt be back to purchase a car from this dealership. Being a recent graduate from college, this was my first big purchase on my own, so I had a lot of questions going into this situation. With the help, and patience from Michael May, Melanie Lucero, and Michael Pisarik, I was able to confidently walk out of Sam Pack's Ford with not only a new Ford Escape Titanium, but with a big smile on my face. Everyone hears about how awful the process of buying a car can be, but this dealership provides you with the absolute BEST customer care I have ever seen. Thank you for your service!!!!!! More

Great Customer Service I had gotten into a car accident which ended up totaling my car. This dealership works with my fiancé’s company and I love Ford so we decided to give I had gotten into a car accident which ended up totaling my car. This dealership works with my fiancé’s company and I love Ford so we decided to give this dealership a try. My fiancé’s company normally works with Kevin and he directed us to Raj for help in buying a new car. However, Raj had to get home to his child (totally understandable) by the time that I got off of work. So, Raj set up Chandler to meet with us instead. Chandler was waiting for us when we got there. He was professional, funny, and listened to what I wanted in a car. He got everything set up that I wanted (with no haggling). He even stayed hours past his time to leave just to help us. Alexandra helped me get the upgrades I wanted and went over pricing options. She was very patient with me as I decided whether or not I should get the upgrades. Michael in Finance was fantastic. He was super nice and helped me through my finance options. He was extremely knowledgeable and fast. The great customer service still has not stopped. Since I bought the car a week ago, several people have called to check in on me. Alexandra called to let me know she is waiting on my new seats and will get me scheduled once they come in. Kirk Pack called to ask me if there was anything else I needed and to thank me for my purchase. Chandler has called to check up on me and Richard Ferguson has called to see if I needed any help with all the technology in my car. Overall, I would say that this has been the best experience buying a car especially since I wasn’t having the best time after wrecking my previous car. I will most definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car and the next time I need another car I will be coming back! More

Great Sales experience I did my research via truecar.com first and then went in. I was prepared for at least some preasure sales and negotiations but they actually offered a I did my research via truecar.com first and then went in. I was prepared for at least some preasure sales and negotiations but they actually offered about $3000 below what they said via truecar. I ended up with leasing because they made a deal I just could not refuse or get better elsewhere. I bought the CMax Energi and my only issue is that no one really knew this car. I expected this coming in though as dealerships still want to sell you gas powered cars so they probably don't get the same instructions on the Hybrids and mostly electric Hybrids. That was OK since I'd been studying Electric and Hybrids for 20+ years. The salesperson, Juston, was VERY laid back. I did not feel pressured at all and the finance guy was also laid back. I came in with pre-approved 1.75% from my credit union. They beat that with 0.00% and $5000 rebate but after he explained the lease options and allowing Ford to take the Federal tax credit for being a hybrid, I ended up with a $32,000 car for $9500 over 3 years and $12,000 to finance as a used car once the 3 years are up or just give it back (as long as I'm under the milage). I normally drive a car until there is nothing left (my Odyssey was a 2000 with 250K+ miles) so, for me, that calculates as $21,500 for a $32,000 car and only $9500 basically up front. Always get pre-approved before going to any dealer but I HIGHLY recommend these guys. They were awesome. Also, there was only one trip to the "sales manager" and it was a verification. So none of that back and forth you are used to with other dealers. More
