The manager wasted my time coming up there when in fact I had been there prior to wanting to trade out my car for a bigger vehicle and the manager stated he would work with me but didn’t! Just had me come up had been there prior to wanting to trade out my car for a bigger vehicle and the manager stated he would work with me but didn’t! Just had me come up there just to waste my time with the lies he told over the phone so him and Oscar Soto laughed as I walk out the door, just disrespectful and so unprofessional. I so had it with purchasing a vehicle from Buick !! However overall service is good except when I ask them to check my tires and I had to come back 2-3 days later because they just put air instead of checking it to see why the air was coming out but they finally fixed it thanks. More

I have been taking my Hummer there since I bought it , always had a good experience until this weekend, had an oil change done, when I go out to inspect see the hood slightly open and go to the front of i always had a good experience until this weekend, had an oil change done, when I go out to inspect see the hood slightly open and go to the front of it that’s when I see my chrome grill with grease marks so I asked for a rag to try and clean it up , while they get me a rag I tried to close the hood and it wouldn’t my first thought was they had left a tool under there when I opened it and checked I see the oil cap was never put on , was very disappointed, so I left . Now I’m driving home so the only thing on my mind was what else did they leave off . I started looking underneath once I got home to see if there was any leaks and that’s when I see that my skid plate that I had custom painted was damaged and they never told me anything about it and I know it wasn’t like that because I had the vehicle detailed the day before my self . I would understand if it was an accident and they could have told me about it. But not very pleased with the type of service I got so I plan on going else where from now on Mike the service manager reached out to me and listened to my concerns, Mike and Bill the Service advisor was able to take care of my issues . I guess it was a fluke because I have been taking my Hummer there since I bought it , never had issues before . I live in Oviedo and pass several Chevy Dealerships and quick Lubes that’s how picky I am , I am looking forward to keep bringing it in and keep receiving the great service that I am use to Thanks again Mike and Bill and the whole Orange family More

I had routine service including a multipoint inspection. 2 days later my rear wiper blade came apart. I felt it should have been identified initially so I returned to purchase a new blade. Mike identified me and installed the blade at no cost. He thanked me for bringing this to the dealership’s attention. This is excellent customer service. I will always recommend Orange Buick/GMC and return myself for service. More

My wife’s Buick Regal spent over a week there. In time getting information about the status of repairs was like pulling teeth. My wife and I had to constantly reach out, when we did get information we wo getting information about the status of repairs was like pulling teeth. My wife and I had to constantly reach out, when we did get information we would be promised time frames for contact or the vehicle and the follow through on either never came through. Ultimately it was costing more than originally mentioned because there were additional issues wrong with the car, thankfully Mike Richardson worked with us on the price somewhat, about the only redeeming part of this experience. I couldn’t recommend sending anyone to this dealership for service because their communication skills are just awful. At times instead of owning up to what has happened they simply tried to pin the lack of communication back on my wife and I for not answering the phone. Also a couple weeks after the repairs were completed the car overheated a hose had come loose. I had to get the car towed to the Goodyear I typically take it to and they determined it was most likely bumped or not connected properly by this dealership. So much for thoroughness, unless this was done out of spite for my wife and I getting upset with the level of service provided. In summary , please stay far away from this dealership if you can help it for your service needs. Jimmy Bilancione More
