Michael did all of the leg and paper work while I was at work. I told him what I was looking for, how much I wanted to spend, and what I'd be trading/down payment, and he made it happen. I was on the edge of not getting the payment I wanted, and he championed for me with the owner to make it happen. Michael Schmidt is a modern day Houdini. If you go anywhere else, I feel bad for you, because you will not get the best deal or this amazing service. I will be going back to Klaben/Michael for as long as I'm getting vehicles. Unfortunately I can only give five stars for this experience, because I would definitely give 15 stars if I had the chance! More
