Worst car shopping experience I have ever had. I found the car I was after and told my sales man about my pre-approval from my bank. That was dismissed and the car was financed through their own internal the car I was after and told my sales man about my pre-approval from my bank. That was dismissed and the car was financed through their own internal financing. Was told they were keeping a key incase the had to repo the car. Secondly they wanted five reference to contact for my loan. Completely embarrassing to have to explain to my family that I bought a car. I am absolutely disgusted with how that happened. After talking to a rep from auto loan they told me they did not need a key. That enraged me. I am beyond dissatisfied with klaben ford and how this sale went down. They were only interested in what made them the most money on the sale. The service department is klabens only saving grace. I took my 08 mkz to have the transmission looked at. John handled that, scott handled the new car I just bought. After owning the car 24hours it stopped blowing air. xxxxxxto the service guys who were up front and clear about what was happening. More
