I started washing cars and detailing them for Klaben over 10yrs ago and worked my way into sales and have been doing my best to make every experience a fun and happy. I am married with 2 beautiful Girls that know they have me wrapped around their fingers. I believe that if you don’t enjoy what you do then you are in the wrong place and Klaben has done amazing by making this job as amazing as it is.

First I called Gilbert before I left my house and asked if I needed to bring anything with me. He told me now he had everything that we needed. I needed my work ID for the first responders discount. Then h if I needed to bring anything with me. He told me now he had everything that we needed. I needed my work ID for the first responders discount. Then he asked for my title which I should have thought of but didn’t. My trade in window had a crack in it and I said I would pay for the new windshield so I scheduled Safelite to come to the dealership Thursday morning. When the Safelite tech got there somebody there told him they had no idea what he was talking about and sent him away. So in turn I spent over an hour on the just to try to get it rescheduled. Try calling Safelite and actually talk to a person you’ll understand the 1 hour on the phone for a simple issue. Management needs to manage not just be there like everyone else. More

Hes not one of those pushy, fast talking car salesmen. He called me a few days later to make sure I loved my truck and to see if I had any questions!! Nick is fast, knows his stuff and respects your time. He was ready when I was through his door and makes the process so simple. There are many reasons I choose to stay in the Klaben family and one of the most important ones are the people. The customer service experience is top knotch, Thank you all! More
