Michael S. on the sales side was honest, attentive, knowledgeable, kind, and went the extra mile (no pun intended ;) John in service made sure I was not inconvenienced in any wa was honest, attentive, knowledgeable, kind, and went the extra mile (no pun intended ;) John in service made sure I was not inconvenienced in any way when there was a glitch with my remote start. I live two hours away from the dealership, and they took care of every single detail for me, made it better than right, and made me feel like they actually cared about their work and me.
