As promised, there were NO dealer fees, no attempts to sell me add-ons, and no surprises when I came to the dealership to sign the paperwork and pick up my car. Everyone was friendly, patient, and thoroughly professional. Dorothy Blandi, Michael Stachowicz, Christine Brightwell, in sales; Sam Hadid in Finance; and Chas Jackowski in parts are outstanding professionals who will treat you right! I was particularly impressed with the fact that this dealer, unlike others I encountered, did not use the chip crisis and the ensuing car shortage to take advantage of the customer by adding addition dealer markup.
