He listens to what we want in a vehicle and is so honest in giving advice on what would and would not fit our needs. There is no sales pressure. We start out long before we must buy a car to do research and ask neighbors and co-workers about their experiences. We started our search several years ago and spoke with Christine Brightwell who is now the Internet Sales Manager. We were impressed from the start. In comparing many brands, Subaru stands out as being superior in safety, reliability, owner satisfaction, and is recommended by a leading consumer magazine and several safety organizations. Subaru also includes emphasis on pet-friendly vehicles and accessories. In comparing several Subaru dealerships, Sport Subaru tops the list. We spoke to many Sport Subaru owners who are very satisfied with their buying experience and customer service. First experience with Don Mealy Sport Subaru and I can say it exceeded my expectations! From the initial contact with Maria, to Mike, then to Orland, and even Sam in financing, everyone was excellent and provide a great customer experience. In times when segments of the car sales model is moving to direct sales (e.g. Tesla, Fisker, Polestar, even Ford) it is refreshing to see a dealer that is adapting and treating customers right. I had a Jamazing experience purchasing my new 2022 Silica Green Forester last week. This is my first time purchasing a Subaru. I want to truly thank Mr. Robert Duran for his patience while helping me with my purchase. My sister Cynthia, recently purchased a Subaru Outback and told me of the wonderful services she received by Mr. Robert as her salesman. I visited Don Mealey Subaru in April, decided I wanted a Forester and proceeded to order it no problem. I was told my Forester had to be ordered and would not arrive until July 20th. I am celebrating my birthday July 16th, so I was like Happy Birthday to me when it arrives. However, we left to the Bahamas to celebrate our anniversary and I turn off all phone communication to relax and enjoy the cruise. I decided to call my sister Cynthia who actually recently purchased a new Outback and to my surprised, Mr. Robert informed her my car had arrived early, actually (1)month than expected. I returned from the cruise and with no hesitation Mr. Robert told me to come on over and pick up my new ride. Despite having thoughts of getting a new Honda, I am so glad Mr. Robert lead me to what I consider an extraordinary experience, where he helped me to find exactly what I was looking for, as well as the fact he kept me updated until it was in. I requested a pick up from my home because my husband was working and Mr. Robert said no problem and came to my home and picked me up. I also requested a RED BOW be placed on my car so I can take a picture of my 1st and not my last experience as a Subaru rider. I was lead to the finance department to Mr. Kevin who was also amazing to finalize the paperwork. I was offered the maintenance packet in which I accepted and to my surprise, THE PRICE was unbelievably low. I truly expected to pay just as much as I would or more if I had decided to upgrade my HONDA. I would definitely recommend Mr. Robert Duran as a salesperson as well as Don Mealey Sport Subaru for anyone looking to get a new car! He has provided the best possible service ever to me and my sister Cynthia. I went back to he facility on Saturday requesting tips on the setup my car. Mr. Robert was with a client, but he came running out gladly and willing to assist me when he saw that I had arrived. He brought a wonderful gentleman Mr. Michael Stachowicz that assisted me with the setup with my car and he provided me with a card in case I need FUTURE assistance. This is an experience I want to share with others. I recommend Mr. Robert and others to Don Mealey Sport Subaru. I served in the US Army and now I am representing by driving my GREEN SILICA Forester its ARMY ALL THE WAY for me and my new Subaru. I will never have to look at a Honda again. More
