Both Brendan and Bobby (parts/service) were great in regards to customer service and taking care of everything. I’m not sure who the tech was who worked on the Impala (and Avalanche??) but he was very g regards to customer service and taking care of everything. I thought that was charged too much for the key. I purchased one and a Buick dealer and the key in the programming cost me $120. Service Department is great, and taking good care of me and our 2004 Yukon Quadrasteer. My only suggestion for improvement would be better coordination between Parts and Service, so I don’t personally have and our 2004 Yukon Quadrasteer. Secondarily, some of the OEM GMC parts are ridiculously overpriced but that’s not really the dealership’s fault. Lastly, the team has kindly driven me home a few times, which is very helpful. More

I was there on a Saturday. I received required general maintenance on my vehicle. I spent little time there seeing there was low volume of traffic.
