Really Really REALLY Helpful and Caring. They made absolutely sure that I was able to get into a car despite a couple bumps I had regarding my credit and made sure that it was a good fit reg They made absolutely sure that I was able to get into a car despite a couple bumps I had regarding my credit and made sure that it was a good fit regarding payment and what I wanted. This isn't the type of dealership to just want to "make a sale" they are much more than that. They really made me feel valued as a customer and honestly safe in my decision to buy from them. I know that they definitely have made a lifetime customer here. I'll also definitely be referring coworkers and family and friends here as well. Mr. Klaben himself even met with me to ensure that I got the best deal and even helped refer me to better attorneys regarding a personal situation. Which he didn't have to do at all. My dealer Mike Uzl also made sure to lay everything out for me and made sure I understood everything perfectly! Had no problem going over things a couple of times and no problems taking about 50 questions at a time haha. I'm not car savvy so I got confused quite a bit and his presence and overall attitude was extremely professional and comforting. I appreciate when people don't treat me like I'm dumb in these situations. I've gotten it quite a bit from other places. When I walked in I was overwhelmed and stressed out and by the time I got in my car and drove away I felt relaxed and confident I made the right decisions overall. More
