I found it satisfying to do business with Jackson Acura. Michael was easy to work with on the transaction. He disclosed a couple of scratches on the back bumper that were overlooked in the detailing durin Michael was easy to work with on the transaction. He disclosed a couple of scratches on the back bumper that were overlooked in the detailing during the certification process before we arrived and was able to knock off an agreeable amount to make it right.
