Her enthusiasm and positive attitude made the entire experience not only smooth but genuinely enjoyable. She was extremely patient in walking us through all the bells and whistles the car has to offer, especially the technology features—which can be overwhelming, but she explained everything clearly and with a smile. What really stood out was her dedication. On a sweltering hot afternoon, Michele stayed late to make sure all of our paperwork was finalized so we could drive our new car home that same day. It is a very nice dealership! My sales woman was excellent!. I did make a change on what model car I wanted.
