He goes out of his way to keep you informed during the process. We had some tires replaced yesterday (10/6/15), we thought there was a rebate on the tires but it had ended on 9/27/15. Mike went out of his way to make it right by giving us a complementary, the works coupon and a gas card. He is very personable with his customers. We will continue to request Mike Brandvold for all of our service work at Klaben, which is the best dealership there is, in my opinion. More

In fact, I expected to be looking for a salesman after looking at some inventory on the lot. When I walked into the showroom, Tim Casto greeted me by name and told me that Mike Cooney was already in and would be out in a minute - which he was. From there, Mike showed me the two cars I was interested in and we took a test drive. After discussing the attributes of the car that I inquired about, I got a price quote i thought was fare and bought the car. Great Experience. More

Subsequently, our service experience with Mike for the next five years was also very good. Our son has also purchased a new vehicle from Klaben and requested Chris as his salesman. We over time have kept in contact with Chris, always visiting when in for regular service. We have had a desire to purchase a MKC every since they came out and was able to make a deal. The purchase experience was very good. It is great to build a trust with a dealership which we have done. The C was a great choice for us. It gives us the ride and performance that we were looking for. More
