Same review different day This review starts with the owner Mr. T. D’Arcy and includes, Mike Campobasso, Francisco Medina, and lastly but not least our sales person Matt Sonneman. I had a very serious is owner Mr. T. D’Arcy and includes, Mike Campobasso, Francisco Medina, and lastly but not least our sales person Matt Sonneman. I had a very serious issue with a vehicle that I purchased from D’Arcy. This was NOT a dealer problem but a Hyundai corporate issue. Once Mr. D’Arcy became aware of my problem he immediately became involved and took extraordinary steps to remedy and solve my problem. This outstanding service reflects the attitude and thoughts that Mr. D’Arcy has instilled in his dealerships of customer service, that all members of his staff follow. The best dealership, owner and staff I have ever dealt with‼️ Five star ⭐️ rating not enough. More

This wasn’t a dealer problem, but a Hyundai corporate issue. Hyundai corporate wasn’t to cooperative in solving this. Once Mr D’Arcy became aware of my problem he immediately became involved and took extraordinary steps to remedy and solve my problem. Another great service experience! Dominick Skripp was my tech on May 4th and he was outstanding.
