We live in Oklahoma and due to the current shortage of vehicles we had to expand our search outside the state. I found the perfect car at this dealership in Wilmington, DE. I called them and was introduced to Michael Cassidy to help us. I have never bought a vehicle out of state before "sight unseen". From the beginning Michael was very understanding and helpful with our unique situation. I asked if he would take the car for a test drive on my behalf and to give me his opinion. He was very detailed about the car and helped me gain confidence in the purchase. The process was a little rocky dealing with insurance but Mike was patient and did all he could to make sure we got THAT vehicle. This was by far the best experience with a salesman and dealership I have ever had. My number one critique with any business I deal with is communication. This was the best quality of this business.
