This is the worst dealership ever, the services dept is crooks and they don’t honor waranty. We purchased a 2017 Dodge Charger from this dealers. We also purchased a tire warranty for 2yrs. I went a yr lat crooks and they don’t honor waranty. We purchased a 2017 Dodge Charger from this dealers. We also purchased a tire warranty for 2yrs. I went a yr later to one tire changed under the warranty and the other I was going to purchase. After 3 hrs I was told they didn’t have tires for my car and I would have to comeback next week and buy 4 new tires. That was the day of the snow storm that xxxx down the Bronx. I was trapped in the Bronx trying to get back home to Brooklyn in that condition, I had 3 bald tires and a doughnut tire. Needless to say I got into an accident. Also I have complained since purchased the vehicle that the right front tires makes a clicking sound and the car makes a light bang noise when I turn the wheel. I was told it’s nothing, but the suggested that I do a new brake job for 1500 bucks? How is that possible I just purchased the card? These guys lie and only care about the sale and how much they can get out of you for services. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone and as soon as can I can find someone to help I will go further. They can’t get away with treating people this way. More

2 out of 3 I have purchased or leased 3 cars over the past 10 years and my last experience was the most challenging.. Two of my previous cars were off lease or b I have purchased or leased 3 cars over the past 10 years and my last experience was the most challenging.. Two of my previous cars were off lease or brand new. This time I bought a car "AS IS" and completely accept these terms, but what I dont accept is being told, "Mr. Brown your car is under going 125 Point inspection in order to pass safety inspection". Wellllll, when I got home my left brake light was not working and had to be replaced. In addition my tire pressure was 55 psi and not 33 psi as recommended. So now I have to question the legitimacy of the "125 Point" inspection. With all this said I would still go back, but next time I will pay more attention to what is said vs what is done... WB More
