This is a change from my previous stance, but the last two experiences have been worse and worse. My wife was advised that staying with the vehicle to wait for an oil change and tire rotation might be lo two experiences have been worse and worse. My wife was advised that staying with the vehicle to wait for an oil change and tire rotation might be longer than normal, no worries, we drop it off 3 hours early (convenience) and its returned to us in 2 hours (great), but just adds a needless drive back and forth that was completely avoidable. The people are very friendly, no issues with the employees. The prices arent their fault, but, they are clearly taught to be predatory. I understand the cost of everything is going up, but for a small vehicle oil change and tire rotation, the price has become untenable, and I will just perform the work myself. Couple that with the fact that it would be over $350 extra to change a cabin air filter (1 year old), engine air filter (one year old) and 3 wiper blades (which were 3 months old), its borderline insanity the markup and labor rate charged for simple jobs. I try to use the dealership solely for record keeping, but, I can do all those jobs for $100 on my own, in my driveway, and save $400. Its unfortunate, but is what it is. Local shops are much cheaper as well if you aren't able to do the work yourself. I used the service bulletin coupon I received in the mail for an oil change, and it saved a whopping $2 dollars. Why even mail it GMC? I love the GMC brand, and have two vehicles from GMC. I dont want to abandon the brand or anything, but, for routine work, the dealership isnt the place to seek that work to be done. More

I bought my car from them brand new zero mileage, a few days later. Engine light come out in the car can’t be drive more than 20 miles an hour. They kept my car for eight days they didn’t even give me a lo days later. Engine light come out in the car can’t be drive more than 20 miles an hour. They kept my car for eight days they didn’t even give me a loaner or even a ride back home. I got a call. It’s ready. When I picked up the car, they told me it was a sensor issue and they fixed it. I left the dealer. The same day engine check light came out again and my car wasn’t drivable. I have to go to a different GMC. Dealer and what they tell me this time is completely different. They have to replace something. connected to the engine. More

The guys there are very knowledgeable about my vehicle, professional, and patient. The place is super clean and when it comes to repairs on my vehicle they pay attention to detail. These guys should be enlisted I the military because they are that great! They were able to set me up with shuttle to my home and back to Scranton GMC when my repairs were done. More

Can't recommend a dealer. that charges for work not done. Went for tire rotation and free update. They charged me $50.00 for.a tire.rotation that wasn't done. How.do I know.they didn't do it, I marked.my tires. They did issue a refund aftrr being caught and did the rotation after.at no charge but can't trust them. If they did it to me how many others.have.they done it to. That also means your scheduled maintenance was.not done and could cause we premature tire wear. Second time I have caught charging for work not done. I filed.a.complaint with GM which went no where. Losing my trust in GM. Asked to speak with the owners about it and was denied. That says another in itself More
