We had a fantastic experience at Toyota of Cleveland and couldn't be happier with the way we were treated. After visiting a few other dealerships where the salespeople were pushy, impersonal, and not partic couldn't be happier with the way we were treated. After visiting a few other dealerships where the salespeople were pushy, impersonal, and not particularly honest, this experience was a refreshing change. We primarily worked with Austin Calfee, who was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and honest—everything you hope for in a salesperson. He took the time to answer all our questions without pressure and made us feel confident in our decision. We also chatted with Mike Covington a bit throughout the process, and while he wasn’t directly involved in our sale, he contributed to the overall positive atmosphere with great conversation and genuine friendliness. Everyone we interacted with at Toyota of Cleveland was personable and down-to-earth, which really stood out to us. Even though we initially made the hour and a half drive because they had a specific car we were interested in, the excellent customer service we received made it clear that we’d happily make that trip again in the future—skipping other dealerships along the way. Highly recommend this team! More
