Sales department was excellent! Mike and Ed were great during our first BMW purchase. I was not pleased with the service department however. I was quoted a price at drop off and the Mike and Ed were great during our first BMW purchase. I was not pleased with the service department however. I was quoted a price at drop off and then charged an additional fee as the service writer did not include all fees into my quote. They did not honor the quote and charged me the additional fees. Also requested repair of a part to interior of car that was not addressed and is still not fixed. I do not have time to keep driving over an hour to have repairs done at this particular dealership.
