2017 GMC Saw was very helpful, courteous, and funny. I didn’t expect any contact from a Denooyer after our recent experience. I’m not the type of person to bring up the past, but since you’ve asked. The only thing that led us to Denooyer was the silver forester you had. Upon inquiring we were led to believe we would be negotiating the price further upon arrival. Saturday we came and looked at the vehicle, Dan had helped us to the best of his ability while he located his cell phone. Your on site comedian Dick tried to improve the situation. Eventually a deposit was left with Mike in finance. We left with Dan ensuring is the vehicle would again be cleaned and floor mats installed. We arrived to pick up the vehicle and had a few hiccups but eventually left with the car. The car didn’t appear to have been further cleaned and luckily a gentleman in the garage took care of our floor mats after Dan told me there weren’t any left. All in all both Dan and myself lost our cool, and if anything I apologized to my grandmother for her experiencing a lack of professionalism on both our parts. Dan can’t admit he’s wrong, apparently I was the problem. We were told a scratch on the paint could be fixed Wednesday , but I’ll have the vehicle taken care of locally instead. After leaving my only regret is not getting $12 from Denooyer to run the vehicle through Hoffman’s car wash myself. I sent photos to your texter number, haven’t heard back. You are obviously a very successful dealership and are doing a lot right, just apparently not the right fit for us. Again thanks for the Subaru. Best Chris More
