I can’t say enough about Kelly Nissan! We have been customers since 2013, I believe. They are the best in the Lehigh Valley. Nick helped us get into a 2019 Nissan Rogue! I had a 2012 Muran We have been customers since 2013, I believe. They are the best in the Lehigh Valley. Nick helped us get into a 2019 Nissan Rogue! I had a 2012 Murano but was looking for something newer with all the same features! And they delivered! Thank you so much! We love the new Nissan to add to our Nissan Fleet! More

I was negotiating with sales on a 2022 Nissan Frontier S, king cab. 4WD with tech package. It was close to settling when they sold the truck to someone else. That was a little disappointing since the dealer was in active negotiation with me but I let it go. It happens. In that deal they offered 8k for my trade in. This was late 2021 It took a while but they finally got another unit in meeting my requirements. I went to the dealer to work on the deal. They now offered 3500 for my trade. I noted I was insulted and it should be a minimum of 8k. They said they use KBB where did I get my figure. I said KBB. The salesman took the paperwork back to management then came back and said they couldn't go above 4500. I walked I then reached out to internet sales whom let me know the truck was on the lot being very polite and thanking them for being friendly and personable but noted the deal failed because their current numbers were far worse than when we were talking prior and using the same trade. The trade is in the exact same shape now as before. I then forwarded a snapshot of KBBs site valuing the trade around 8500, noted their salesman's offers were far below the quoted trade in on the site they claim they used as well as their offer in the prior deal that failed, They did not respond On the surface it appears they are using extremely low ball trade in numbers even when the customer knows they are BS as opposed to the auto makers extreme frowning on regional markups which they aggressively tout If my experience is the norm I suggest avoiding Kelly without hesitation. No one NEEDS a new vehicle the dealer underhandedly tries to add 5k to their profit margin More

Kelly Nissan treats you as part of their family and Kelly Nissan is not only concerned about the well-being of your vehicles, but is interested and concerned in your well-being as a friend. We are always satisfied customers at Kelly Nissan. Besides Michele Marsh, we have been fortunate to have Larry Hughes, Heather Ardle, Rich Engleman, and Jon Miller attend to our service needs.
