Hello my name is Mike and I have been working at Honda of Lincoln for 25 years. I am from Lincoln, Nebraska and I initially wanted to be a football coach. I am married to my wife Lanette and we have 3 children; Austin, Skyler and Nolan, and 2 grandchildren; Keegan and Adilyn. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, watching sports and traveling. My favorite movie is The Godfather, I love to eat anything with bread. As a Sales Manager, I enjoy working with our customers and my co-workers every day. Just bought our 6th Honda from Honda of Lincoln, once again, price was competitive, and customer service outstanding. Initial point of contact was Mike Kreifels, who has always taken great care of our n again, price was competitive, and customer service outstanding. Greg Hoag finalized the purchase and Chad Erwin was very pleasant and efficient in the paperwork portion of the deal. Also, stopped by the dealership last week to get help with Tire Pressure Monitoring System and the service staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. We will continue to shop Honda of Lincoln first. More

We had looked at cars at many dealerships in Omaha Nebraska and were treated very poorly. The experience that we had at Honda of Lincoln was absolutely amazing. As soon as we walked in door we were Nebraska and were treated very poorly. The experience that we had at Honda of Lincoln was absolutely amazing. As soon as we walked in door we were greeted in a friendly manner by Estevan. He assisted us to the cars that we were interested in looking at and let us test drive the car that we were interested in. Not once did we feel like it was an inconvenience or that we were a bother to him. The whole paperwork process went very smoothly. There were no games when talking about the price of the vehicle. Justin did a great job with helping us figure out the best rate and our payment options. I will never buy a vehicle anywhere else. Thank you so much for your wonderful customer service and now rushing us into a vehicle. I will recommend you to friends and family. More

Caleb Tran and Mike Kreifels were extremely helpful again, getting us into another Honda. They are always willing to do whatever it takes to keep us coming back, which is why we have been HOL/Williams again, getting us into another Honda. We started with Mike Kreifels who we have work with for years. Mike took the time to show us the cars and suv's that we were interested in taking several hours on 2 or 3 different days. The CRV that we want they didn't have and Mike worked hard to get one for us from a different dealer. He gave us a great trade in price and overall a great deal. Chad Erwin explained the extended warranty to us and was very helpful in explaining how it worked and the benefits of it. Brian Kreuzberg was very good about going through the books and explaining everything and taking us to the CRV and showing us how everything work and how set the phone, radio, and many other things up. They were all great and took all the time we needed to feel good about it. More

The only compaint I have is the sales pressure to buy options such as protection package and extra insurance coverage. I did buy the protection package (which is too expensive) and the insurance package options such as protection package and extra insurance coverage. I did buy the protection package (which is too expensive) and the insurance package at $2000 I did not take (also too expensive). They give you all the "bad news" of what it will cost to fix something if you don't have the insurance or protection packages. The protection package they tell you all what can happen to your vehicle if you don't have it--windshield being all chipped up, dents that I would have to fix, etc. The insurance package was being sold to me by the finance person--don't remember his name. Then if you don't take that package, they had a cheaper one, with less coverage. Reminded me going through a time share sales pitch of which I've gone through many. Otherwise my sales experience was fine. More

I came in looking for a Honda Prelude and while they did not have on lot they were willing to help me find one and when I did they helped me in every way to purchase and finance the vehicle. We came in with a Ford Edge and 77,000 miles on it. Shane came up to us first and welcomed us to Williamson. I let him know that we had a meeting the next day with Justin and Shane offered his assista Shane came up to us first and welcomed us to Williamson. I let him know that we had a meeting the next day with Justin and Shane offered his assistance until then. We test drove a Pilot and loved it. I thought I was going to be pressured to purchased that night but Shane made us at ease. He offered to set up anything for the next day and said he would pass along our visit to Justin. The next day we showed up early and Shane was in the lobby standing by for us. The negotiation was simple and Mike Kriefels worked with us on a higher mileage vehicle to offer us the best deal. Sometimes I have seen other dealerships place the the salesman in the middle for an us versus them mentality. At Williamson it was very clear that they valued their salesmen. Justin and Mike were quick with very little delay on letting us know what was possible for the lease. Jeremy Franklin in finance was organized and kept us moving along towards the Pilot. Thanks again for the attention and I would recommend Williamson's to family and friends. More

The paperwork was not ready when I was notified that the vehicle was ready. I had to wait up to 10 days for a title /unreal, maybe on a new car there may not be a title but on a used car the title should re vehicle was ready. I wanted the official accident report of this trailblazer kept with the carfax report given to me at the time of purchase, instead it was thrown away. Thank Kevin for getting another report. The girl that swapped the license plates from suv to suv did not put all the screws where they were supposed to be, in fact the front liscense plate could just be lifted out of the holder----it was not properly attached. The rear had only 2 of 4 screws holding the license plate and frame. I had to go to Advance auto parts to get new screws to finish the job. I should not have needed to this all the hardware was already there on my trade in. I had asked about the oil (type used) and oil filter (brand) and received to response. Trailblazers use a special ac delco oil filter that has a check ball in the filter. Other than that I have no complaints. Repair work was done in a timely fashion, wash buff polish inside and out looked good, gas in the tank a plus. Over all I would do business with Williamson Honda again. More
