I have been with Family Hyundai since 2013, and have always been treated well by the service department. I like how the person who is servicing my car, thru a text introduces themselves and gives a cont always been treated well by the service department. I was very unsatisfied. Should’ve been a free oil change with the buy two get one free. The manager was a jerk not very helpful. I will never come back. I will actually recommend that they go to other places and it’s upsetting cause I own a Hyundai and my son who lives with me also owns another Hyundai and neither one of our cars will be serviced in your service center again. Management is very Unprofessional and rude and they are supposed to be the leaders of the staff . Staff is disorganized and arrogant while talking to you via telephone. you can’t expect a call from y supposed to be the leaders of the staff . Staff is disorganized and arrogant while talking to you via telephone. you can’t expect a call from your team about when your vehicle is ready If you have a set date from the paperwork issued at the service counter you would expect that date for your car to be ready If your car isn’t ready and they need more time it’s up to you as a customer to call and speak with staff and ask them if they are done with your vehicle If you need more time with a customer vehicle I think that day or day after a phone call should be place to the customer Then when you decide to call and ask what’s going on it’s a problem that you called about your property The management team has no respect for customers , the manager for the service department hung up the phone while I was asking questions about my vehicle At no point was I rude to the manager or raised my voice or anything to get such a bad experience with him. Then I called back To finish gathering information from management Spoke with phone agent who transferred me multiple times and place on the call hold with music for over 3/4 mins each time only to be told that he not available for customers and they don’t know why he not answering and no one else was available It appears that you guys don’t have any polices that prevent staff from “Looking out for each other “ because it seems if you ask any questions to staff via telephone you will get the phone disconnected and all of a sudden there is no service More
