"A GREAT EXPERIENCE" I typically dislike dealing with car sales reps but my recent experience with Doug at Columbia Honda was a very welcome change. He was very friendly I typically dislike dealing with car sales reps but my recent experience with Doug at Columbia Honda was a very welcome change. He was very friendly and helpful and definitely not "pushy". He explained everything about the vehicle thoroughly. Everyone that we dealt with on Saturday was very friendly and caring and I will definitely work with them again. Thanks for making my experience a great one! More

My salesman (Obada Mustafa) was very nice and helped to move the process along for me. He has called to check on me with my new car in which I really appreciate and offered for me to call him anytime that I may have a question, etc. I would recommend anyone to ask for Obada when buying a new vehicle and to go to Columbia Honda in doing so. My experience was very good there. More

Best car buying experience ever! Truly great buying experience… Felt like they listened to what I was looking for and were not pushy. I knew what I was looking for and what I wanted to pay, and there were none of the typical negotiation hassles. I spoke with the sales person as well as the sales manager and we came to a deal pretty seamlessly. My experience was very positive and I will certainly send other people I know they are looking for a Honda to Columbia Honda! More

Terrible. Just Terrible. My first experience with this dealership will definitely be my last. After months of research I decided to purchase a Honda Odyssey. The car is fantas My first experience with this dealership will definitely be my last. After months of research I decided to purchase a Honda Odyssey. The car is fantastic and is easily the best car I've ever owned. Buying said car was about as painful as humanly possible. It started very well. I met a salesman that I respected and who respected me as a customer and a person. He never pressured me one bit and listened to what I had to say and cared that I got what I needed out of a vehicle. His name is Joshua Adams and he no longer works at this dealership because he was FIRED right after my deal. So if you want to look him up, he now works over at Kia. It's such a shame because no one at this dealership knows or loves Hondas as much as Joshua. Their loss. Onto what happened. I had a great exchange with Mike the sales manager and I got a great deal on the van. I was incredibly happy up until I met Dave Gero. The man is the biggest liar I have ever encountered at a dealership, which is saying a lot because in the last 10 years I have purchased more than a dozen vehicles. Everything that comes out of that man's mouth is a lie. He already had my business. He did not need to lie. I had outside financing and he decided to lie about that. He lied about my vehicle. He made up stuff constantly. I caught him in several lies and brought these to the attention of Mike, who never followed through with my complaints although he acknowledged there were serious issues that should be brought to Danny (GM). Then when my salesman confronted him for the several lies and the fact that he was lying to new customers the week after I bought my car, Joshua was let go for not being a team player. Yeah, a team player is one who seeks to lie and screw customers as much as they can. Columbia Honda is not the smart choice. It is the worst choice. Joshua cares about his clients and wants them to be taken care of. Dave specifically doesn't care about anyone but himself and why he feels the need to make stuff up and lie constantly is mind-boggling to me. You can sell cars by being honest. You don't need to lie. More

Great new (used) car; great experience! Stopped into Columbia Honda on Friday, greeted by Ryne who found the perfect used CR-V for us and let me test drive overnight. The family loved this Stopped into Columbia Honda on Friday, greeted by Ryne who found the perfect used CR-V for us and let me test drive overnight. The family loved this car! This is our fifth Honda in 36 years. They've all been great cars for the long haul and just keep getting better. We returned on Saturday. Ryne was with other customers, but Mike took care of the deal. From what we found online, the price was already competitive, but Mike gave us our target price even before we could ask! Everything seemed very transparent. Trent called around on a Saturday and found a low finance rate for us and was very patient with all my questions. We were very impressed with our buying experience yesterday, and we've been working with Autumn in service for as long as I can remember. She's fantastic as well. More
