I experienced 0 rip offs, would highly recommend everyone to do business with them. Make sure to do your research before visiting any dealerships and you'll see that they're much better than average. However, the cleaning was nowhere near acceptable. I get that not all new cars get to stay in the showroom but they definitely failed to clean it before the customer picked it up. The window was washed but not clean. The edge underneath the hatch was very dirty. I would give a 1 star to the cleaning but I guess other than that everything else was good General Manager Mike Miller followed up with me once about my experience, I told him the which part of the car was not cleaned properly so he scheduled a free car wash for me. But the second time it was still not cleaned propertly and I attached some photos. He ghosted me, LOL More

Buying a car last March was an unusual experience! I could not find any Passports for sale in the KC Metro area! Got online finding Columbia Honda, noted they had a Passport I was interested in, & co I could not find any Passports for sale in the KC Metro area! Got online finding Columbia Honda, noted they had a Passport I was interested in, & contacted sales rep Isaac Olsen. I found him very friendly & helpful, readily providing pics & information about the Passport that I had requested over the course of the week, leading up to a visit to purchase the car. Once on site, Isaac made the process easy & stress free. We appreciate Isaac! The only problem that occurred was after the purchase, getting the origination title transferred over to Kansas & financed sales tax paid. That was a long & drawn out process that finally did get resolved, but I was provided dealer tags until it was completed, to run on. Columbia Honda's general sales manager remained in regular contact with me explaining that this issue was in another company's hands & that he was doing his best to expedite this process & to get my car titled in Kansas & the sales tax paid. It took about 3 months to get resolved. It all worked out fine in the end! More
