Amazing Experience and A RELIEF with Drew I needed a reliable vehicle for work. We looked on the website and found a few vehicles we liked. Drove over twice in the course of the week. Out of state purchase After several weeks of searching I found the exact vehicle my wife and I were looking for at Mike Murphy Ford, the only issue being we’re in Minneapol After several weeks of searching I found the exact vehicle my wife and I were looking for at Mike Murphy Ford, the only issue being we’re in Minneapolis so about 400 miles away. We were both a little leery to say the least to drive that far to purchase a vehicle but after countless questions to Anthony, who was a pleasure to deal with, we decided to make the trip. When we arrived the truck (2018 Expedition Max) was exactly as described and we couldn’t have been happier. The entire process to buy was quick and actually quite pleasant. The above and beyond moment came when I accidentally locked both keys in the car somewhere in the middle of Iowa on our way home. Beyond concerned we’d be stuck there for hours and seriously contemplating breaking a window on our new truck I called them back and to my surprise they located the door code so I was able to unlock the doors! Thanks again for the wonderful purchase experience. More

He offered the Carfax without me needing to ask to see any of the records and told me exactly what had been done to the truck to get it “sale ready”. I never felt pushed into purchasing or rushed in my decision making. Mike Murphy himself was there at 6:00 pm, introduced himself, gave our daughter a coloring book packet, and was very interested in what brought us in and how our experience had been up to that point. He himself made us feel truly welcome and sincerely thanked us for our business. Everything was hassle free and each aspect of the car buying experience was as quick as WE made it. The only hold up was indecisiveness on our part. More
