Right time and at right place to get our vehicle today. Jimmy'Hawkeye'Howard was our salesperson. He had the truck at the door ready for us to test drive. He qualified the price tag, had straight answers, and expedited the whole procedure that we left with our new-to-us truck less than 3 hours. Jim also added some extras that we were pleasantly surprised. Mike Murphy and Jim's team leader both came in and introduce themselves to us. Everyone that we met at Mike Murphy Ford seem genuinely happy and friendly to us. This was a Win/Win day. More

We test drove 4, narrowed it down to 2, went back a day later and decided on the Chrysler. What really impressed us was that the owner Mike Murphy came out and greeted us both days we were there and thanked us for coming in. An excellent no pressure experience. More
