Jimmy " Hawkeye " Howard is the man! I was in the market for a new vehicle and was searched ching on line I got an email from Jimmy at Mike Murphy Ford in Morton. I went in to look at a possibility of trading in a car with negative equity for a new one. Jimmy and the gang made it happen. But my story is just beginning. I didn’t even make my second payment when in an unfortunate incident my wife was in a accident. Luckily no one was hurt but the car was totaled. I was having issues with my insurance company getting a rental car and gave Jimmy a call. He have me a service loaner for a week till I got my rental car. When things settled down with the insurance company Jimmy found me a second brand new vehicle in less than 90 days. With the second one way better than the first which I didn’t think was possible. With the gap insurance helping me get rid of my negative equity I ended up also buying a new used car from Jimmy as well. 3 cars in less than 90 days. Jimmy was great during the whole process. Never pushy like other salesman I have dealt with in the past from other dealerships. He actually has a great personality and with like to say if anyone is looking for a new vehicle, Jimmy is the man. More

She drove car and thought it was nice. Mr Mike Murphy came up and introduced himself thanking us for stopping by. We met. Mr Jimmy Howard. We made offer and it was accepted. No pressure, and no hassle. I plan on looking at a second vehicle purchase and will go back and speak with Brett Bergman or Jimmy Howard. Mr Murphy was a good man to meet. Thanks to all off you. R. Second amazing car buying experience with Jimmy! I bought my first car through Jimmy at Mike Murphy Ford in 2016. In 2017, I received a raise that allowed me to purchase a roomier vehicle and my firs I bought my first car through Jimmy at Mike Murphy Ford in 2016. In 2017, I received a raise that allowed me to purchase a roomier vehicle and my first and last stop was with Jimmy. Both experiences were stress-free. Zero pressure involved. He let me take the car home and try it out both times to make sure I was comfortable. He even helped me negotiate a better deal by increasing my trade-in value request! Seriously, what car dealer does that?? I was in and out and happier than a pig in mud within an hour after purchasing. He walked me through all the new high tech options in my vehicle, explaining how to use every one of them. At no point did he play games (another buyer is eyeing this car so you better hurry before you miss out, etc). If you want a great experience buying a car, ask for Jimmy Howard! More
