I wasn’t sure I wanted to purchase the v When I came in to look at a used Subaru Outback, I was helped immediately by David Tello on Saturday Morning. I wasn’t sure I wanted to purchase the vehicle, so Jeff Lynch and David Tello allowed me to take it home for the weekend to see if the Outback was the right fit for me. Seeing as how I’m in my 20’s, I never thought they would actually let me take it home, no dealership has ever let me before. The great thing was, I didn’t even have to ask! I brought the vehicle back Monday morning but not to return it. Everyone was absolutely courteous! Jeff Lynch really worked with my trade in and the price on the Outback. He was fair with the pricing and was able to work with what I was looking for. While David Tello was working on getting me approved, I was approached by the owner himself, Mike Murphy! I was astonished by his visit! He made sure I was being taken care of, asked if I needed anything, thanked me for coming in and was ready to have conversation to really get to know his customer! I’ve never had that kind of service and it really is hard to come by when you are young. Also, every sales person who walked by smiled, said hello and asked how I was doing! I really appreciate the team of people that work here! David Tello thank you so much for working with me and not pressuring me! You are an exceptional sales man! I will continue to do business with them and hope to see my family do business here at Mike Murphy Ford as well! Again Thank You and I hope others choose to do business with you as well! More

You could tell within the first five minutes that he does this because he likes to help people and NOT because he wants to make a sale. We sat and went through a pros and cons list after being torn between two vehicles and he gave great advice that helped us make the best decision. Also to top it off Mike Murphy himself came in just to introduce himself and thank us for the opportunity to do business, I refuse to go anywhere else from here on out, thank you to everyone at the dealership!
