Service Manager was very nice. Kept me informed of the progress. My only issue was the uncoordinated service between tinting and Ford oil change service. My reservation was clear that I was getting tinting and service and there were still timing delays. Nevertheless, service mgmt was great! More

Took 3 visits and numerous calls to get the problem corrected. Poor communication from service department until Ryan took over, then the problem seemed to be taken seriously and he got it taken care of corrected.
