I genuinely love Jacksonville Subaru. We bring my Subaru Ascent in regularly for maintenance and have had a couple of issues that the service department has gone above and beyond with! They truly look out for me and my family the way they take care of my car. They consistently go the extra mile to minimize any inconvenience. Mike Needham in particular is an outstanding service advisor. Not only are he and the rest of the staff friendly, welcoming, and helpful - they are knowledgeable, efficient, and so kind! They have helped me get work covered under warranties, ensured I had a loaner car when they’ve needed it for an extended period of time, and always instilled a top notch level of confidence in the reliability of my own car. I can not more highly recommend Jacksonville Subaru and their outstanding team! More

What a great experience! Went to another dealer first... Never again. The other dealer hady vehicle over a week and couldn't fix it and quoted me $7k just to change a part to Went to another dealer first... Never again. The other dealer hady vehicle over a week and couldn't fix it and quoted me $7k just to change a part to see if they could warranty it, Jacksonville Subaru got me out under warranty same day nothing out of pocket. These guys made me feel at home, helped me, and were professional the whole way. What a great experience! Thank you! More

I brought my 4 day old (used-CPO) Outback that I got from another dealer 200 miles away. The service writer was fantastic! He was thoughtful , empathetic, and truly wanted to help me.
