Walked into dealership with a great mindset of test driving a Certified BMW was greeted warmly by Michelle. Anyone who says that buying a car is a painful experience has never been to BMW of Crystal Lake and had the team of professionals that we had when we ordered and picked up our new BMW M340i xDrive on October has never been to BMW of Crystal Lake and had the team of professionals that we had when we ordered and picked up our new BMW M340i xDrive on October 3, 2023.
