Overall, this dealer was great to work with. They did quality work, and spent a lot of time to make sure that I knew all of the details of the car purchase program. The staff are friendly and took care of all issues that I might have had with the car I eventually bought, before they were even a problem. Only slight downgrade (wish I could post 4.5 stars!) was that for parts of the process, things took a very long time, with only fair communication. And the fact that their website suggests different prices (mainly, interest rates) than are actually possible. Other than that, I would totally buy a car from them again! More

My salesman, Daniel, was THE nicest-and most patient-young man I could have hoped for. We had communicated a few times by text prior to my meeting him. He was delightful in person. The car I saw online was the car I saw in the dealership and the keys I turned over for my trade were not "held hostage". I was in and out within TWO hours. Every single person I encountered was unfailingly pleasant. The sales manager, Nico, was a gem and the finance guy, Mike, was the biggest surprise. Talk about efficiency and NO HARD SELL. I would not hesitate to buy another Mazda from them or refer anyone to this dealership. I absolutely love this place. :-) I was very happy with the entire experience. More
