I took my car in for an oil change and state inspection. My wipers failed and Ryan told me once I had them replaced, to come back and I would receive priority. I called and was told there was not enough time at 4.00 on a Friday. I checked the time for the following Monday and it stated service dept closed at 5.30. I went there and arrived at 5. I was told there was not enough time to do it. He never once apologized. I told him that he should have given me the hours that I should bring my car in as that would have veen good customer service. He had two times to give me that information. My car was brought in April for an oil change and I wasnt told that I needed a state inspection. I left a message with the service Mgr and he never called me back. More
