While the car selection was very limited due to supply chain and pandemic issues, the salesman was able to show us the model we were interested in and kept us abreast of its arrival. Crews Subaru won me back! !. I initially wrote my disappointment about not receiving a gas card as a token for meeting with one of their sales Rep who did a fantastic job of s !. I initially wrote my disappointment about not receiving a gas card as a token for meeting with one of their sales Rep who did a fantastic job of showing me features in my new 2022 Outback limited . Within a day I received a call for an apology for a mix up. I was told the gift card will be send in the e-mail. I must admit how impressed I am for the prompt action they took to rectify my grievance. I have had a few experiences dealing with car dealerships in Charleston and I must say Crews Subaru is so far the best dealership I have ever dealt with over the years. The Finance dept went out of their way to find me a much lower rate than my own credit union was willing to offer me. I love my Outback very much and would like to thank Crews Subaru of Charleston for helping me with my dream car/SUV. I highly recommend this dealership. More

I stopped in, unannounced, and asked for Mr. DeAngles because my daughter and son-in-law had previously purchased an Outback from him. He was everything the kids said about him: warm, friendly DeAngles because my daughter and son-in-law had previously purchased an Outback from him. I reviewed the available cars, picked one out, test drove it, traded my existing vehicle, and did all the necessary paperwork, and drove away in a new car in about 90 minutes. Well done, sir. More
