I have been with Tynans Nissan of Aurora for almost 5 years and from day one they treat you like family. I called a lot of different dealerships, and they would tell me the particular vehicle I wanted was on the lot. When I would show up, I was subjected to the bait and switch. When I called tynans nissan to tell me the particular vehicle I wanted was on the lot. When I would show up, I was subjected to the bait and switch. When I called tynans nissan to inquire about a truck, they were honest and the truck that I wanted was In fact there on the lot, they did not try and sell me the wrong color, or something that I was not interested in. Buying a vehicle can be a difficult process. Connor was great to work with and tried his best to handle all off the paperwork in a timely fashion. I would recommend this dealership, they offered me a lifetime power train warranty, which is unheard of anywhere else. More

This dealership has been the best car buying/leasing experience to date. Our sales rep Jahren was amazing. Actually is amazing! He's helped us with so much more than just lease deal. Everyone we have dealt with here, has been friendly, fun and professional. Sales department is the best. Plus you cannot beat the lifetime warranty! This family owned business is top notch! One note though, the service department needs some work. On 2 occasions I was disappointed by the lack of customer care, not acknowledged and too busy to even greet the customer with a smile. I will say though, the work performed on my new truck was well done. The tire repair and installation of step rails was done in a timely manner. Overall I would definitely recommend this dealership. Love my new Nissan Frontier! More
