I started with Klaben in 1992 as a receptionist and file person. I was thankful to get the opportunity to change positions and become a service advisor a year later. In the last 28 years I have been blessed by meeting and helping so many faithful Klaben customers, many of whom have become friends. I’m Masters Certified as a Ford Lincoln service advisor. Battery concerns I was having intermittent trouble with my 2012 Fusion not starting ( usually 2-3 weeks apart) unless I jumped it. I called Mona and she said stop in I was having intermittent trouble with my 2012 Fusion not starting ( usually 2-3 weeks apart) unless I jumped it. I called Mona and she said stop in and they would check it out. Turns out my battery was not being recharged and it was the original battery. I was in and out within 1/2 hour. Great customer service and Mike did a quick battery install. Love these guys. More

door latch recall dropped our car off at 10:00am and got a loan car. came back around 4pm and picked our car back up. new latches were installed and I also had them do dropped our car off at 10:00am and got a loan car. came back around 4pm and picked our car back up. new latches were installed and I also had them do the works(oil change, etc.).overall a very good experience with real nice people.
