I started with Klaben in 1992 as a receptionist and file person. I was thankful to get the opportunity to change positions and become a service advisor a year later. In the last 28 years I have been blessed by meeting and helping so many faithful Klaben customers, many of whom have become friends. I’m Masters Certified as a Ford Lincoln service advisor. I have bought several cars from Mr. Cooney with the assistance of Mr. Woodberry. They do not make me feel pressured and answer all my questions thoroughly. In fact, I consider them friends now. Mona Crooks was absolutely wonderful! I got my appointment date mixed up, and was actually a week early. Mona got me right in, despite the fact that I was early. She was kind, courteous and extremely efficient. My vehicle was fixed that day, and she got right back to me and let me know I could pick up my car at my convenience. She asked if I would like the car washed as a complimentary service, which it needed terribly! I felt as if she truly cared about providing exemplary customer service. I was having "issues" with my brakes, another nationwide chain was unable to diagnose the problem. Took my Explorer to Klaben, which I should have done in the first place, and the problem was dis nationwide chain was unable to diagnose the problem. Have dealt with Klaben and Mona Crooks in the past, and have always been very happy with the care and service. I am never advised to purchase and/or fix things that are not necessary. Everyone is friendly and helpful at Klaben. My husband and I purchased a vehicle earlier this year from Klaben, and when another vehicle is needed we will definitely buy from Klaben again. Also, I will never make the mistake again of going elsewhere for service. Klaben does things right, and if there is ever a problem, they make it right. Thank you! More

I take my company's Ford fleet vehicles here on a regular basis. I have worked mostly with Joe French (and sometimes Mona Crooks) over the last five years. Mona was my service rep, and she did a great job explaining the issue on my car, and updating me on the status of the work, price, etc... I was able to decide what to do with the repair, and felt sh explaining the issue on my car, and updating me on the status of the work, price, etc... The shuttle service was also very helpful, and the drivers (Billy and Randy) were very nice and professional.
