I started with Klaben in 1992 as a receptionist and file person. I was thankful to get the opportunity to change positions and become a service advisor a year later. In the last 28 years I have been blessed by meeting and helping so many faithful Klaben customers, many of whom have become friends. I’m Masters Certified as a Ford Lincoln service advisor. I had made a 10K mile service appointment on line through Klaben’s automated system for our 2019 Ford Edge ST. Upon arrival in the service lane Mona Crooks asked if she could be of assistance. I asked if Mi Klaben’s automated system for our 2019 Ford Edge ST. Upon arrival in the service lane Mona Crooks asked if she could be of assistance. I asked if Mike Brandvold our assigned advisor was available. Mona indicated she would try to locate him. Mona returned and indicated Mike would be available shortly and asked if she could begin an initial inspection of our vehicle. Mike soon arrived and continued on with the inspection and write up. Within a few minutes my wife and I were out the door with an agreement to pick-up our vehicle at 3:00pm. Upon arrival at 3:00pm we were greeted by Mike. Mike and I along with my wife discussed the new Mustang Mach e that was parked outside. Mike was quite knowledgeable of the Mach e. Upon completion of paperwork; Mike walked us out to our completely washed and serviced Edge. Mike thanked us for our business; we thanked him for his efforts in maintain our continued complete satisfaction his professionalism and with Klaben’s service department team. What a great place to do business! More

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. Joe explained that the service should take two hours and they were finished in just under 90 minutes.
