I started with Klaben in 1992 as a receptionist and file person. I was thankful to get the opportunity to change positions and become a service advisor a year later. In the last 28 years I have been blessed by meeting and helping so many faithful Klaben customers, many of whom have become friends. I’m Masters Certified as a Ford Lincoln service advisor. Buying vehicle was easy. Staff very friendly. Unfortunately, service availability is an issue. I purchased a maintenance package with my new car. Can’t get the value from ii, because the service department is so busy. Called today for a routine service to car. Soonest appointment is two weeks out. My advice, think twice before purchasing maintenance package. More

I’ve had nothing but good experiences dealing with everyone I’ve come in contact with at Klaben. I’ve been dealing with Klaben for the better part of 15 years now primarily because of Terry Baughman a everyone I’ve come in contact with at Klaben. I’ve been dealing with Klaben for the better part of 15 years now primarily because of Terry Baughman and Mona in service. When it’s time for a new vehicle I don’t even go anywhere else like I used too. I used to deal with both you at Klaben and George Clark at Sarchione Ford which is now in my hometown of Alliance. I really enjoyed working with George but he is a distant second behind you people so I don’t even waste my time going anywhere else now. Please don’t let Terry know I said this about him because it’ll go to his head and then I’ll have to stop shopping at Klaben. More

As usual, Mona Crooks was super helpful as she expedited the work on my truck. Daily calls of progress etc, kept me updated and informed. Zero stress with the Klaben team!! Terry Baughman also goes above the work on my truck. Daily calls of progress etc, kept me updated and informed. Zero stress with the Klaben team!! Louis Polos was outstanding! He was prepared to guide me with no pressure; as an unexpected situation with my old car had me looking at the options of buying a new car. The Ruby Red EcoSport is now my dream with no pressure; as an unexpected situation with my old car had me looking at the options of buying a new car. The Ruby Red EcoSport is now my dream come true! Louis was available to answer all my questions and concerns with quick response times! More than once he stayed late to accommodate my work schedule. He was very thoughtful, thinking of all the little things, like having the car in the garage for pick up as the weather called for rain. Most important he listened! My Mom retired from Ford, so I have always been a loyal Ford driver. Now I am to Klaben Ford too! I know I can trust Klaben Ford, it is the only place I will go for my car needs with Louis Polos as my salesman. And Mona always has my back in the service department! Everyone at Klaben has treated me like I am one of their family. More
