I started with Klaben in 1992 as a receptionist and file person. I was thankful to get the opportunity to change positions and become a service advisor a year later. In the last 28 years I have been blessed by meeting and helping so many faithful Klaben customers, many of whom have become friends. I’m Masters Certified as a Ford Lincoln service advisor. I love Klaben service department and service advisor Mona Crooks. She is very professional and concerned about her customers. What I dislike about Klaben and Ford is they send about 5 or 6 surveys for ever Crooks. She is very professional and concerned about her customers. What I dislike about Klaben and Ford is they send about 5 or 6 surveys for every visit. I am considering NOT completing any surveys. More

This was our first time bringing our vehicle in for service. We were very impressed with the process. Mona was great, she explained everything and even had a very friendly driver (Nick Wiley) take us t service. We were very impressed with the process. Mona was great, she explained everything and even had a very friendly driver (Nick Wiley) take us to a shopping area to spend some time while the work was being done. We live 1 1/2 hours away, but it was well worth the drive. We highly recommend seeking out Mona Crooks in the service department. Thanks Mona for making our day great! More
