I started with Klaben in 1992 as a receptionist and file person. I was thankful to get the opportunity to change positions and become a service advisor a year later. In the last 28 years I have been blessed by meeting and helping so many faithful Klaben customers, many of whom have become friends. I’m Masters Certified as a Ford Lincoln service advisor. Long wait time I took my car in on a Wednesday evening as it was scheduled for Thursday service. They gave us a rental so that I could get to and from work on that T I took my car in on a Wednesday evening as it was scheduled for Thursday service. They gave us a rental so that I could get to and from work on that Thursday and given the nature of the job, we assumed it would be done by Thursday evening. On Friday evening, it still was not done and they asked if we would be okay with the rental for the weekend. The rental was great but we thought it was strange that it was taking so long. We assumed it would be done on Monday. However, on Monday we got a call that they still had not gotten to our car but that it would be taken care of first thing Tuesday. Well, on Tuesday we got a call that it would be finished on Wednesday. The point is, we didn’t get the car back for almost a week after we had turned it in for service. I feel like we were taken advantage of because of our willingness to drop it off and come back versus waiting for it. It was fine, the rental was great and the employees were great (as usual) but schedule us if you don’t plan on getting to our car for a few days? More

I had to buy car no. 25 from them, and Terry took me through the process and made it easy for me. He listens to your needs and wants, and does not try to oversell you. He works really in your best interest. I do appreciate him getting me what I want, but fitting my budget. I appreciate him being very honest with me. A great group to work with from the start to the finish. We feel like family here. If you want honesty, no pressure and something nice for your budget I recommend Terry Baughman! More

Always amazing! I have nothing but good things to say about Klaben Ford Service. They are so professional and do a great job of making you comfortable while you wait. The price is reasonable too - especially when I use my loyalty link card. I seriously will never buy or service a Ford product anywhere else. Fast and friendly service! I just love how friendly and warm everybody are they all treat you like family! I moved last year about an hour away !
