Hi my name is Jorge and I don't think I will recommend anybody to hendrick dealer since my last visit there they only did half of work that my vehicle need it, I was there for an oil change and to check a anybody to hendrick dealer since my last visit there they only did half of work that my vehicle need it, I was there for an oil change and to check a tire pressure light that it is been on since we buy the vehicle, when we buy the vehicle on 03/27/21 the light was on (TP) I told the sales rep about the light and he said to brink it back when we can and they will fixed because at that time every body left it was closing time they barely have time to wash the vehicle for us and because of that whoever wash it forgot to put one of the floor mat back on our vehicle that we didn't notice till we vacuum for the first time i realized it was missing, ok but this is where everything starts i call the dealer to make an appointment for service since we live about hour and 40 min away from the dealer and they told me that I don't need an appointment to do what I need to be done i said ok next day I show up and they tell me that i have to leave the vehicle there till next day to do what it needs, I told her that I call and they told me that I don't need an app and she said ok it will take longer then normal i said ok I wait I can't miss another day of work so tell them what was wrong with the vehicle, they took my information and direct me to the lobby I wait there for about 3 hour and 1/2 while I was waiting I talk to my sale rep and remind him about the tire problem and he said he was going to talk to service department so they can work on it, after waiting for more then 3 1/2 hours i went out there and ask the guy about my vehicle and he call and ask if everything was done and they toll him yes except for the tire pressure light because they where waiting for some body to tell then go ahead and fix it so he when inside and talk to some one talk to someone on the phone and he toll me that he didn't know what to tell me because not body wants to pay for the repair so I went in there and look for sales rep and toll him about it and he said let me talk to my manager, manager call me and said Im sorry I don't what to sound rude but we don't going to pay for the repair I told him that when we buy the vehicle sales rep toll me to bring it back they will fix it, he said well its been more then 30 days, me but when we buy the vehicle sale rep didn't said that, all he said to brink it back and they will fixed, even went he call and ask about the vehicle a couple of weeks later sales rep call me and ask us how we like the vehicle I told him she likes it except for the light on for tires and he said just brink it back when you can we will take care of i said ok we will, so this past Wednesday 12/29/2021 took it for service and tell then about the tire pressure light and they don't want to fixed because it is been more then 30 days, after the sales rep told us to bring it went we can After all this i also told my sales representative that I want to cancel my OIL CHANGE SERVICE he said to wait for 2 weeks and call him to cancel since it was the first oil change it has to process first 12/29/2021 More

My car did not get the service that I took it in for. I was told my car would take 72 hrs to be serviced, it ended up taking a week and a half. Service personnel were great (Montae) but the back up on getting my car fixed was way too long. Hopefully that will improve. Overall Montae is a 10; delay to get car fixed was a 2.
