This dealership is unlike any other, which is why I will refer anyone to head over here, and why I WAS referred by someone to go here instead of in Chattanooga or elsewhere. Staff members are friendly and welcoming, knowledgeable, and work to make your experience great. With COVID precautions everyone was understanding and prompt. My 4Runner was supposed to have all weather mats in it that were not in there when I picked it up. Staff members brought the mats to my house about 45 mins away, and when the cargo tray was for a different model, they turned around, made it right and brought back to me within the hour. I am very much disappointed with this dealershipI had a I am very much disappointed with this dealership I had a 2017 camry with 0 percent interest, and just $16000 more to pay off. But Toyota sent me ma I am very much disappointed with this dealership I had a 2017 camry with 0 percent interest, and just $16000 more to pay off. But Toyota sent me many emails for an exchange. I trusted this dealership and trade in my 2017 camry. They gave me a 2019 camry for $32000 and with $50000 pay off. Now the story begins. The salesman did not give me a test drive. After reaching home, I noticed that the new car had mechanical diffects. Moreover, it was a used car with 7500 miles. But they me as first hand user and its new. I found I was cheated. Thus I called them and returned the car, took my old car back Unfortunately, I lost $6500 in this transaction, just because they were not honest in what they say to customers. My new payoff amount is $32500 the same amount, I was supposed to pay when I bought my camry in 2017. I lost $16000 I already paid. Think about it. I contacted them many times, but no help... The manager even got angry with me for putting a review here. I requested them to give me details, of why they took $6500 more. But no explanation so far. I am sinking with my budget, just because trusting Toy and this dealer. Very much disappointed More
