Juan Carlos is a top notch salesman who I called on just 18 months after my purchase With him. He listened to me voice my concerns and channeled them to his management team. Needless to say Monte Burney (GM), Justin Chretian (GSM), and Juan Carlos Lopez (salesman) made things happen that would never have happened at any other dealership. I’m not able to fully describe what a great team I came in contact with when visiting Toyota of Cleveland, Tennessee February 13, 2020. Sales Consultant Joshua Richards greeted me with a large smile befor in contact with when visiting Toyota of Cleveland, Tennessee February 13, 2020. Sales Consultant Joshua Richards greeted me with a large smile before I could park asking me how he could help. I came in my work clothes and driving my clunker but that didn’t persuade Joshua not to talk with me. The pre owned unit that I came to see had sold the night before. I was rather disappointed but Joshua and Sales Manager Shane Defoor kept talking with me about considering a new unit. Although my absolute limit was 30,000 I left spending 40,000 plus trading my clunker in. Shane worked very hard to find the unit and color combo that I desired for my wife for our Valentine Anniversary. My wife had no clue about the new Highlander and the next morning I inspired her to go with me to shop for a used Highlander. Joshua had the new Highlander in place with the large red bow with streaming ribbons on top of the hood. Joshua asked his Fiancé to video the whole thing as Joshua presented the keys to her with a congratulations then I took over. Needless to say, a very happy wife! A big thank you to Joshua, his Fiancé as well, a beautiful lady. Also thanks again to Shane! Also, I want to mention Cindy McMichen in the finance office for being so nice & very helpful with explaining and answering my questions.i came home for lunch today and a lovely bouquet of beautiful flowers we’re waiting at our front door from Monte Burney!
