Saw my dream truck F-150 while overseas, sent an email for inquiries and within minutes was contacted by Samantha, she explained in details the status of the truck, and so the process started, the numbers with my trade didn't work at first attempt then Samantha transferred me to her manager Derek Harp he immediately worked a great deal for me, Samantha started the process and I put a down payment to hold the vehicle, a few days later my wife and I arrived at the dealer and were greeted by Samantha and team, the truck exceeded my expectations it look better than the pictures,, the transaction went smooth since Samantha had all paperwork ready for me, Morgan in accounting was also very helpful, she explained everything in details before signing my paperwork, the manager came to us and asked if everything went smooth (a nice touch) we were out of the door within 30 minutes driving my truck. Ps. Don't forget to pick up snacks and a free cappuccino on your way out, LOL. More
