I called ahead to view a 2022 4Runner I had been researching for the last couple weeks to make sure it was still onsite when I came to take a test drive - it ended up getting taken home by one of th researching for the last couple weeks to make sure it was still onsite when I came to take a test drive - it ended up getting taken home by one of the managers for the night and Mike gave me the 4runner I ended up buying to test drive instead. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable with good senses of humor (maybe a weird thing to comment on but something that is important to me and makes me feel more comfortable in what could be a tense situation). I never felt pressured to do anything I didn't want to and was overall very pleased with my experience and purchase. More

My husband and I had a great experience at this Toyota! We highly recommend Bobby. He stayed in contact with us the entire time our car was being built, sent pictures as soon as the car came in because we We highly recommend Bobby. He stayed in contact with us the entire time our car was being built, sent pictures as soon as the car came in because we were out of town, and stayed late while we finalized our paperwork when we went to pick up our car. When we finished our paperwork he was not frustrated, but instead had an adorable bow waiting on our new car. 10/10 highly recommend! More

Mike is an awesome salesman, keeps me updated with the car, and works with us throughout the process. Everything went smoothly until I went to sign paperwork with Mukesh, he is so hustled that even though car, and works with us throughout the process. Everything went smoothly until I went to sign paperwork with Mukesh, he is so hustled that even though we said no to the warranty he is still insisting on asking why we were not seeing this as a good deal, from my interpretation the way he asks like we are stupid not to see this as a good deal, even when I told him Toyota is not gonna break down in 8 years like that and his response was "Good luck", I have this conversation with Elgin Toyota and I told them the same thing and their respond was "you're right". I helped my family went through this process at least 4 times with Elgin Toyota and never felt disrespected like that. I should've left one star on this review but Mike was nice to us so I keep it at 3 stars. More
