While I’ve had great experiences purchasing 5 vehicles in the last 7 years. My experience with the service department has been less than one would expect at a dealership. Vehicle at site for oil change. Scheduled days ahead. Picked up after change and after returned home advised that oil change was not done. Required return to dealer and additiona Scheduled days ahead. Picked up after change and after returned home advised that oil change was not done. Required return to dealer and additional delay in cue completing oil change. Half of day lost. Seemingly musical chairs with service personnel with one who could assist throughout process. Not the best experience.. More
